HoriZen Studio brings together a carefully curated mix of classes designed to support both body and mind. Whether you’re looking to slow down with meditation, build strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy movement in a welcoming environment, there is something here for you.

Each class is led by experienced instructors who create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, so you can feel comfortable whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to your routine.

Spaces for each session are limited to keep the experience personal and high quality, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your place.

Studio Classes

Mindfulness Meditation

A guided meditation class to help participants slow down, clear their minds, and find calm. It includes gentle breath awareness, body scans, visualisation journeys, and immersive soundscapes with shamanic drums, wind chimes, and ambient tones to deepen relaxation and focus.

 

Who it’s for: All ages, beginners welcome.

Benefits: Stress relief, focus, and a sense of calm to start the day.

Breathwork Meditation

A fun and energising breath-focused session to refresh the body and mind for parents and guardians after the morning school run. Participants are guided through simple breathing exercises and light visualisation, enhanced by vibrational sound healing using drums, chimes, and other instruments to leave them feeling calmer, centred, and energised.

 

Who it’s for: All ages.

Benefits: Increased energy, mental clarity, and a peaceful mind.

Power &
Pause

A strength class with built-in recovery moments. Participants move through light weights, bodyweight, step, and core exercises, with short pauses to catch their breath, reconnect, and move mindfully.

 

Who it’s for: Beginners to all levels, including those over 60.

Benefits: Strength, balance, posture, and feeling strong without exhaustion.

Full Body
Circuit

A fun, fast-paced circuit class targeting the whole body.

Exercises rotate between strength, cardio, core, and functional movement using kettlebells, steps, and bodyweight.

 

Level: Intermediate (modifications available)

Benefits: Full-body workout, endurance, strength, and energy boost.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a gentle and mindful practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and relaxation techniques to balance the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, Hatha Yoga helps you:
Improve flexibility, strength, and posture.
Calm the mind and reduce stress.
Increase body awareness and energy flow.
Develop deeper connection between breath and movement.
 
Each class is guided with attention to alignment, steady breathing, and inner awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Hatha Yoga offers a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and cultivate inner peace. Every session gently concludes with relaxation accompanied by the calming sounds of a singing bowl.

Sound Bath

Sound baths are a deep experience of harmony and relaxation through
the vibration of  IASH singing bowls. Our nervous system is highly sensitive to sound. When we experience vibrations not only through the ears but also through the body, the effect is deeply soothing — bringing harmony to the body, mind, and soul. Benefits of Sound BATH:

Calms the nervous system.

Guides the brain into relaxed, meditative states.

Lowers heart rate and blood pressure.

Supports emotional release and inner clarity.

Reduces stress and anxiety.

Enhances sleep quality.

Harmonizes both brain hemispheres.

Supports the immune system and vitality.

Zumba

Zumba Fitness is a dance-based aerobic exercise class that is popular, especially among women, of all ages and body sizes. It offers several benefits, including improved aerobic fitness, body composition, and balance.

Zumba Kids

Kids Zumba program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans boys & girls ages 4+, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching! Kids Zumba increases your child’s self-confidence, boost their metabolism and enhance their coordination. The class focuses on kid-friendly songs and moves, basic steps and choreography and help kids to adopt healthy choices.

Meet Anna

Anna is the founder of Pathways with Anna, a Holistic Wellness & Life Transformation Coach based in Cumbre del Sol. Originally from Scotland, she now embraces a slower, more intentional life in Spain — something that deeply influences the calm, grounded energy she brings to her work. Her journey into holistic wellness began through her own experience with overwhelm and emotional burnout, which led her to explore nervous system healing and the mind–body connection.

Anna offers supportive, restorative 1:1 sessions including Reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork and Indian head massage, as well as holistic classes that combine mindful fitness and meditation. Her approach focuses on helping women feel strong, balanced and deeply connected within themselves.

Meet Sonja

Sonja is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and IASH Sound Healing Therapist. I first discovered yoga  more than15 years ago, when
I began practicing in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition inspired by the teachings of Swami Rama. From that moment, I felt a deep connection to the practice—not only for its physical benefits, but for the way it nurtures the mind and spirit.

Meet Karolina

Karolina brings energy, positivity, and a love for movement to every Zumba class. Her sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and easy to follow, creating a space where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the rhythm.

With a focus on movement, music, and confidence, Karolina encourages participants to let go, have fun, and move at their own pace. Whether you’re new to Zumba or already love it, her classes are all about feeling good while staying active.
